Shipping Policy (EU UPDATE)

Delays can be expected due to new Brexit legislation (1st Jan 2021) slowing down movement at the boarder. Some couriers have suspended services entirely. 

Buyers from outside the U.K. also need to be aware that additional customs and VAT charges may occur in order to receive your item. I will make sure the correct customs forms and invoice are attached to the parcel in order to minimise any delays and extra charges.

 

Shipping Policy (Regular)

You should expect dispatch in 1 day-2 weeks after receipt of order. I endeavour to meet the following schedule:

 

  • Orders will be despatched 1-3 days for in-stock original artwork and where payment verification is successful if the order is received Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday to be despatched by the end of the following business day.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding bank and public holidays. Delivery time is usually 3 - 4 days from despatch if in the U.K.

  • Deliveries to areas outside the U.K. may take a little longer.

I will provide tracking information by email after your goods have been despatched. Please use this service to follow the progress of your delivery. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact me.

Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.

Please be aware that shipping costs are calculated per piece.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Thank you for collecting original art work from Lindsay Mapes.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

My paintings can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. Unfortunately, I cannot offer exchanges as each piece is unique in itself.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The painting was purchased in the last 7 days

  • The painting is in its original packaging

  • The painting isn’t used or damaged

    Paintings that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a painting are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the painting during shipping, both to and from Lindsay Mapes.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify me immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded with the same process.
